Talladega Finish

This week no one won the NASCAR Challenge because Brad Keslowski won the big race and no one picked him as their driver. But this makes sense, I have never heard of Brad K. until yesterday. The race had an amazing finish. Johnny D was already for a win with his driver Carl Edwards unitl the last turn of 499 miles. That is when Brad got underneath Carl and then..well you just have to see it. You can watch the last 20 seconds of the race HERE.

I think I should get a Ricky Bobby award since my driver ran across without his car.

That was a an incredible race.

I started that movie but just could not finish it - it was really bad. So I don't get the reference.

I didn't watch it either, but I heard several announcers make the reference that Carl pulled a Ricky Bobby.

I just thought it was interesting that he did that.

I'm amazed that a driver can delibertly cause the driver in front of him to crash and be awarded a win for doing it. NASCAR must have evolved into a glatiator sport with no rules, resulting in the most visious/sociapathic driver winning. What kind of lesson does this send our children. Reminds me of what war is like. Kill the other guy before he kills you.
